Bronze-die frozen trofie made with 100% Italian durum wheat produced following the traditional method which involves a slow drying phase at low temperature. The result is a pasta with extraordinary cooking performance and an irresistible al dente texture.
Trofie are typical of Liguria region, in the North-West of Italy, and are traditionally enjoyed with geovese basil pesto. 

How to cook:
Boiling water: 2 minutes
Pan/wok: 2 minutes
Steam oven: 4 minutes
