An original made-by-Zini shape, with no hole and big in size, which can contain even more stuffing.
Zini still today follows tradition, by respecting original recipes and avoiding any artificial ingredients, including colorants and additives. For product conservation Zini exclusively uses one single natural element: cold. 

How to cook:
Boiling water: 2 minutes
Pan/wok: 3 minutes
Steam oven: 6 minutes

Ingredients: Italian durum WHEAT semolina 47%, ricotta 20,7% (MILK whey, MILK cream, salt), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), fresh EGG 9,4 %, water, spinach 3,4%, ripened hard cheese (MILK, salt, microbial rennet), salt, natural flavours (nutmeg, pepper, garlic).
