This delicious stuffed pasta balances the flavours of spinach and ricotta for a flavourful vegetarian option.

Pastificio Temporin began in 1964 as a small workshop in Lugagnano, Verona, where Mario Temporin crafted pasta and tortellini with passion and tradition. In 2000, the family business expanded to Sommacampagna, operating four production lines for dry, fresh, and stuffed pasta. Today, Temporin brings authentic Italian flavours and the balanced goodness of Mediterranean cuisine to tables worldwide. 

Cooking instructions: Cook in boiling salted water for 6 minutes.
 
Ingredients: Pasta ingredients (60%): durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%. Filling ingredients (40%): ricotta (WHEY, MILK, acidity corrector: lactic acid), blue cheese 8,6% (MILK, salt, lactic ferments, rennet, calcium chloride, mold cultures), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour type "0" yeast, salt), potato flakes, Pecorino Romano 6,5% (sheep's MILK, salt, rennet), Grana Padano 4% (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG lysozyme) cheeses 4% (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG lysozyme), Emmental 3% (MILK, lactic ferments, salt, rennet), Gorgonzola 3% (MILK, lactic ferments, salt, rennet, mould), cheese 2% (MILK, salt, lactic ferments, rennet), olive oil, WHEY, pea fiber, inulin, onion, sunflower oil, spices, salt, parsley, flavorings (contain: MILK and MILK products), dry vegetable stock (contains: SOY, CELERY).
