Mortadella PGI with pistachio obtained from noble cuts of pork and made following the traditional bolognese recipe. The PGI denomination guarantees the high quality and origin of the ingredients and the final product.

Mortadella is the perfect addition to any salumi board and can be enjoyed either sliced or cut in thick cubes. Mortadella is also delicious in sandwiches and panini or stuffed into traditional Italian filled fresh pasta, like tortellini and ravioli.
