Mortadella is a traditional Italian cold cut originated in Bologna. It is the perfect addition to any salumi board and can be enjoyed either sliced or cut in thick cubes. Mortadella is also delicious in sandwiches and panini or stuffed into traditional Italian filled fresh pasta, like tortellini and ravioli.
