Kings of egg pasta, ravioli are the shape that best represents the tradition of Emilia Romagna, which has always inspired Zini.

Zini still today follows tradition, by respecting original recipes and avoiding any artificial ingredients, including colorants and additives. For product conservation Zini exclusively uses one single natural element: cold. 

How to cook:

• Boiling water: 2 minutes
• Pan/wok: 3 minutes
• Steam oven: 6 minutes

 
Ingredients: Italian durum WHEAT semolina 43%, braised beef 28% (meat beef 78%, carrot, onion, salt, natural flavour), fresh EGG 8,6%, water, ripened hard cheese (MILK, salt, microbial rennet), dehydrated potatoes, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), natural flavours (beef, nutmeg), salt, yeast extract.
