Sambuca is a traditional Italian liqueur, obtained from the infusion and distillation of neutral spirits with aniseed, elderflower and other herbs. On the palate, Sambuca Vittone is smooth and velvety, with intense notes of aniseed. Sambuca is traditionally enjoyed neat as a digestif after a meal, but it can also be mixed with water or added to an espresso.
