Description

Rummo is the only pasta certified by Bureau Veritas which guarantees perfect cooking of each production lot.
Rummo developed the Lenta Lavorazione®  (Slow Processing) method that ensures that every shape of Rummo pasta is always "al dente" and keeps its shape also when double-cooked.

The extrusion of the pasta made with special bronze dies donates Rummo pasta a rough, sauce absorbing texture that every sauce can easily cling to.

Farfalle are one of Italy's oldest pasta shapes. Farfalle have a bow-tie, butterfly shape, in fact they take their name from the Italian word "farfalle" which means "butterflies". Farfalle are made by pinching two sides of a small rectangle of pasta toward the center and are particularly suited for creamy sauces.

Cooking time: 12 minutes
