The finest quality durum wheat is combined with the purest water and fresh air from the local pristine mountains to create a pasta with exceptional organoleptic properties, an irresistible al dente texture and an incredibly high protein content (15%).
The slow drying process at low temperature ensures that the nutritional quality of the durum wheat is preserved, while the extrusion through bronze dies donates each shape of pasta a slightly rough surface that easily captures sauces for an outstanding tasting experience.
