Cooking instructions:

• In a frying pan: heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, place the granburgers in it and cook for about 10 minutes, turning them on both sides.
• In the oven: place the granburgers on a sheet of baking paper and cook them in a hot oven at 215°C for 20 minutes, taking care to turn them halfway through cooking
