Falanghina, a prized native grape variety from the Benevento area, is harvested in September and produces this wine, with a varying intensity of straw yellow color and fruity and floral aromas. The flavor is dry, harmonious, and fresh. Pair with fish-based first courses, pasta, and white meats, grilled vegetables, and similar dishes. 

The Solopaca Winery is one of the oldest agricultural cooperatives in Campania. The varieties grown include Falanghina and Aglianico, typical varieties of the Sannio Benevento area, as well as Greco and Fiano. In recent years, traditional grape varieties such as Coda di Volpe and Barbera have also been rediscovered.
