This wine is made from cryomacerated Falanghina grapes and vinified cold and off-the-skins. It has a straw-yellow color and distinctive floral aromas. The flavor is dry, harmonious, and fresh. It pairs excellently with appetizers and fish-based first courses, pasta and white meats, grilled fish and vegetables, mozzarella, and more.

The Solopaca Winery is one of the oldest agricultural cooperatives in Campania. The varieties grown include Falanghina and Aglianico, typical varieties of the Sannio Benevento area, as well as Greco and Fiano. In recent years, traditional grape varieties such as Coda di Volpe and Barbera have also been rediscovered.
