Made with 80% Carignano, 20% Monica, this Carignano blend offers a bright ruby red colour with violet reflections, intense aroma with notes of red fruits. Dry and soft flavour with good persistence. Pairs well with pasta dishes, lean red meats, as well as moderately aged and fresh cheeses.  

Pala Estate was founded in Sardinia, Italy, in 1950 with the first harvest by Salvatore Pala. The tradition continues today under the ownership of Lia Tolaini and her family. The Pala team; Severino Concu, Amalia Dessì, Alessandro Pedini and Giandomenico Zedde, share the vision of producing the highest quality, most authentic wines possible that reflect the terroir of Sardinia.
