High quality tomato pulp made with sun-ripened 100% Italian tomatoes from Emilia-Romagna region. Steriltom unique processing method ensures a tomato pulp that does not release water when used on pizza. The small bits of tomatoes donate a pleasant extra flavour and consistency to the bite. 

All Steriltom tomatoes are picked only when perfecty ripe and processed right after been harvested to preserve the full aromas and freshness of the tomatoes. 
Most of Steriltom tomatoes are grown within a radius of 25km from the factory, in the heart of Piacenza province. A real farm-to-table process based on the respect for the environment and the superior quality of the final product.
