Smooth and creamy, with a delicate ​vanilla flavour, panna cotta (literally cooked cream) is one of Italy's favourite after-meal desserts. Quick and easy to make, panna cotta ​can be decorated with your toppings of choice, from fresh fruit coulis to caramel sauce.

Preparation:
Bring to the boil ½ Lt of milk and ½ Lt of cream or 1 Lt of milk. Dilute the contents of a bag in it, mixing with a whisk. As soon as the mixture comes to a boil, remove from the heat. Pour the mixture into the moulds and place them in the refrigerator at +4°C for 3-4 hours.

Powered sugar, corn starch, rice starch, glucose syrup, emulsifiers: E471, E475, thickener: E407, dextrose, flavourings, salt.
