Raffo Lavorazione Grezza is an innovation within the Raffo family. It is born from a special production process, Raw Processing, which creates an unfiltered lager enriched with Unrefined Grains from the Apulia region in Southern Italy.
Its appearance is cloudy, the taste is round and delightfully fresh, with a malty aroma.
Enjoy it “croccante” (meaning “crisp” or “chilled”, as per Apulian tradition). Perfect with raw seafood appetizers, pasta, meat skewers, pizza and focaccia.
