Stracchino Soligo is a soft, creamy cheese with the unmistakable taste of fresh milk. The very slight sour note makes it extremely appetising and suitable for versatile cooking.

These typical cheeses are bound up with the culture of this part of Italy and with our long cheesemaking tradition. Only milk, salt and rennet are used to create a multiplicity of cheeses with distinctive, unmistakable features. It is a selection that takes in cheeses from the Treviso and Vicenza areas.
