This Fior di Latte mozzarella is stretchy, soft and flavourful. Mozzarella Fior di Latte Soligo does not release water and does not burn during cooking.

These typical cheeses are bound up with the culture of this part of Italy and with long cheesemaking tradition. Only milk, salt and rennet are used to create a multiplicity of cheeses with distinctive, unmistakable features. It is a selection that takes in cheeses from the Treviso and Vicenza areas.
