Yellowfin tuna fillets in olive oil, enriched with ‘nduja, a traditional Calabrian spreadable salami paste made from pork meat and local hot chilli peppers. Perfect to add flavour to pasta sauces and aperitivi.
 
Callipo company was established by Giacinto Callipo in 1913 in Pizzo, a beautiful village in Calabria region famous for its ancient tuna fishing tradition. All Callipo products are entirely manufactured in Italy using first choice Yellowfin tuna only and combining modern processing methods with handmade production techniques inherited from local ancestors.
