Pears and cheese are love at first sight. They are combined in this cheese with a special ingredient like ginger, very aromatic in both taste and smell: slightly spicy, pungent and spicy. The sweet taste of milk and pear marries perfectly with that of ginger, in an enveloping mix of sweet and sour flavours. The result is a fresh pecorino with an intense aroma and a sparkling taste that literally melts in the mouth.

Caseificio Busti is an award-winner cheese producer located near Pisa, in the heart of Tuscany, and founded in 1955 by two shepherds from the Garfagnana mountains. Run by the second and third generation of the Busti family, the company is still producing high quality Tuscan cheeses respecting and following the ancient traditions of local cheesemakers. 

Ingredients:
Pasteurized sheep milk, pear 2% (pear and maize starch) ginger 1% (ginger, sugar, fructose-glucose syrup, lemon juice concentrate) candied pear 0,4% (pear, sugar, fructose-glucose syrup, lemon juice concentrate), salt, animal rennet and cheese cultures. Treated on surface with preservatives: E235, E202.
