A creamy custard presented in a traditional ceramic ramekin.

Serving directions:
Defrost at room temperature for 1.5-2 hours
Once thawed, store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
If served at room temperature: Sprinkle enclosed packet of sugar when defrosted. Wait a few moments for it to caramelize. For a crunchier texture, sprinkle sugar and heat with a blow torch.
If served warm: Whilst still frozen, sprinkle the sugar evenly on the
surface of the product, and warm it in the oven at 200C for 10-12 minutes or in the microwave at 900W for 90 seconds.

Cream (48%) – Sugar – Water – Egg yolk (12%) – Sachet with caramelized sugar (Sugar – Glucose syrup) – Modified starch – Rehydrated skim milk – Pasteurized milk – Lactose – Thickener Carrageenan – Emulsifiers Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and Lecithins (of sunflower) – Glucose syrup – Milk proteins – Artificial flavourings (contains milk) – Stabiliser Potassium chloride.
